I have a drean poem

I have A Dream

Martin Luther King Jr.

I have a dream

That one day

This nation will rise

And live out the true meaning of its creed

“We hold these truths to be self-evident,

That all men are created equal.”

I have a dream

That on day on the red hills of Georgia

The sons of former slaves

And the sons of former slave holders

Will be able to sit down together

At the table of human brotherhood

I have a dream

That one day

Even the state of Mississippi

A state sweltering with the heat of oppression

Will be transformed

Into an oasis for freedom and justive

I have a dream

That my four little children

Will one day live in a nation

Where they will not be judged

By the colour of their skin

But by the content of their character

I have a dream

That one day

Every valley shall be exalted

Every hill and mountain shall be made low,

The rough places will be made plain

And the crooked place will be made straight,

And the glory of the lord shall be revealed

And all flesh shall see it together.

This is our hope.

When I born, I black

When I grow up, I black

When I go in sun, I black

When I scared, I black

When I sick, I black

And when I die, I still black

And You white Fellow

When you born, you pink

When you grow up, you white

When you go in sun, you red

When you cold, you blue

When you scared, you yellow

When you sick, you green

And when you die, you gray

And you calling me coloured
